General Goals: To perform an in-depth study of 34 Biblical characters in order to learn principles for facing life’s challenges

General Goals: To study a thorough chronology of the life of Christ beginning with eternity past and ending with eternity future with its natural application to developing spiritual maturity
Goals By Term
Term 1 – Christ in eternity past and the plan of salvation, the birth of Christ and preparation for His ministry (John the Baptist)
Term 2 – The early ministry of Christ – Calling His disciples, Sermon on the Mount, and early miracles
Term 3 – The later ministry of Christ – Teaching to pray, teaching with parables, teaching of faith and the kingdom
Term 4 – The character of Christ, the death and resurrection of Christ, and Christ in eternity future
Grade 10

General Goals: To study a comprehensive overview of the Old Testament emphasizing its unifying theme and God’s plan for redemption, confronting students with the need for faith in every area of life

Term 1 – Creation and the Patriarchs
Term 2 – Israel in Captivity in Egypt
Term 3 – The Bondage, the Passover, and Israel in their desert wanderings
Term 4 – Israel under judges & kings, particular emphasis of the life of David
Grade 11

General Goals: To study a traditional approach to doctrine synthesized to the upper high school level and combined with creative challenges toward personal application

Term 1 – The doctrines of God and the Bible, the revelation of God through creation, and the written expression of God in His Word
Term 2 – The doctrines of man and sin
Term 3 – The doctrines of Christ and salvation
Term 4 – The doctrines of Christ (continued) and angels
Grade 12

General Goals: To look at the components and results of a biblical worldview, skillfully and wisely consider life decisions based on a biblical worldview, accurately understand and articulate significant objections to a biblical worldview as well as the appropriate answers to those objections from a biblical worldview, and develop skills that will enable students to independently study God’s word, meditate on it, and apply it to their lives
